▶Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience We will accept returns of unused products within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been used once ・If the product has been damaged, soiled, or broken while in the customer's possession ・Products without packaging (bag, box, case) ・Products not purchased from the Cloth Knight Online Shop ・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・If you have not contacted us in advance

▶If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, please contact the Cloth Knight Online Store if the product is incorrect, damaged, dirty, or has a possible initial defect. We will respond as soon as possible.
If it is determined that the defect is on our part, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs and, as a general rule, will exchange the product for the same item (if we are unable to exchange it for a good product, we will refund you).
