Delivery and shipping fees

Domestic shipping ▶ Delivery Usually delivered by Yamatonekopos.

Depending on our circumstances, we may also use Takkyubin or Takkyubin Compact.

Free shipping for orders over 6,000 yen (tax included).

▶Delivery date and time cannot be specified.

▶Number of days it takes to ship Normally, we aim to ship within three business days of the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. (Closed Saturdays and Sundays)

▶Important notes regarding shipping
- We cannot change the delivery address, contents, or cancel the order after the product has been shipped.
All orders placed on the online store will be delivered.
-If you place multiple orders before shipping, they will be shipped together if they are to the same address.
-We may not be able to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times in some areas, such as remote islands.
・For some remote areas, such as islands, a relay fee may be charged in addition to the regular shipping fee. If a relay fee is charged, we will contact you separately.
-Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as area, traffic, and weather.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered using a method other than Nekopos, please check the delivery slip issued by the delivery company or the "package number" provided in our shipping email, and contact the relevant transportation office listed on the delivery slip directly within 6 days.
-If your package is returned due to your long absence or refusal to accept it, we may charge you for the round-trip shipping costs incurred and the shipping costs for re-delivery.
